HOW IT WORKS

THE SET UP
Simple and fast with no special IT support needed. The HIVE system starts with placing encrypted decals with unique identifiers on each piece of equipment. The decal QR includes each unit's vital information and is pulled with a simple scan. Our system experts will work with you to capture all the necessary data and upload it into your own secure private web portal.

REQUESTING SERVICE

When equipment needs service, the customer of the dealership simply scans the QR code with the iServiceCall or your private branded mobile app to begin the process. The app will guide the user to verify the equipment, note the issue and provide a photo for reference. The service call gets immediately sent to the service provider portal and email to service coordinator. Takes less time than calling, texting the info or creating an email. (Less than 30 seconds to create a service request.)

DISPATCH

The service coordinator clicks on the DirectConnect Link and is immediately in the specific service call communication center. The service technician is dispatched with knowledge of the issue, visual identification of the component that’s not working, and the exact GPS location of the equipment. The dispatcher can ensure the technician has the parts required to repair the equipment before traveling to the site.

REAL-TIME UPDATES

The service coordinator communicates updates via text message through the communication center to the customer on dispatch or next steps.  Could be parts on order, quote being prepared, waiting for quote approval, the next step is clear to your customer.

 

When service technician arrives onsite, simply scans the encrypted decal, and both the client and dispatcher are instantly notified that the technician is onsite. â€‹Once the technician completes the repair, the decal is scanned again, and both the client and dispatcher are instantly notified of job completion

    Yes. The HIVEQR App is how you access the technology. It’s easy to use and available for free download in the Apple App Store or on Google Play.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DECAL GETS DAMAGED?
    The app has the ability to search by equipment name as well as scanning the code. You will still be able to place a service call while a new decal is being created.
